Creates an unconditioned fixed-amount discount that applies to entire pricing plans. Use this for broad promotional campaigns that reduce costs across all plan services.

Use this endpoint to:

Apply blanket discounts across all products in a plan
Create loyalty rewards for plan subscribers
Implement general cost reductions for promotional periods

Important Note: Applies automatically to all customers on the plan without conditions.
