Creates a new promotion or updates an existing account-level promotion with discount rules and conditions. Use this endpoint to configure promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers for your account.

Use this endpoint to:

Create new promotional campaigns with discount rules
Update existing promotion configurations
Set up time-limited offers and seasonal discounts
Configure account-wide promotional pricing strategies
