Retrieves all available filter value combinations for account events within a specified time range. Use this endpoint to discover what filter values are available before querying the main event logs, enabling dynamic filter UI construction.

Returns all unique combinations of level, domain, and eventType that have actual events in the selected time period. This helps you:

Build dynamic filter dropdowns in user interfaces
Validate filter parameters before querying events
Understand the types of events occurring in your account

Important Note: Results are based on events within the specified time range only. Use the same time filters as your main event query for accurate results.
