List budget configurations with time filtering

Retrieves paginated list of budget configurations for business units in your organization. Budgets define spending limits and cost allocation targets for cloud resources assigned to business units.

Required parameters:

None - returns all accessible budgets

Optional parameters:

limit: Controls pagination page size (default: 50)
page: Specifies which page of results to return
timeInSeconds: Filters budgets active at specific point in time
startTimeInSeconds: Filters budgets active after specified time (inclusive)
endTimeInSeconds: Filters budgets active before specified time (exclusive)

Returns paginated budget data including cost allocation rules, spending limits, and time period configurations. Use time filters to find budgets that were active during specific periods for historical analysis.

limitinteger<int32>Maximum number of budget records to return per page. Must be between 1 and 1000, defaults to 50.

pageinteger<int32>Zero-based page number for pagination. Used with limit parameter to navigate through large result sets.

timeInSecondsinteger<int64>Filter for items active at this point in time, in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time" target="_blank">Unix time</a> (seconds).

startTimeInSecondsinteger<int64>Filter for items active after (inclusive) this point in time, in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time" target="_blank">Unix time</a> (seconds).

endTimeInSecondsinteger<int64>Filter for items active before (exclusive) this point in time, in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time" target="_blank">Unix time</a> (seconds).
