Updates the activation start time for a prepaid card to control when credits become available. Use this to schedule prepaid credit activation for future dates or campaign launches.

Use this endpoint to:

Schedule prepaid activation for future campaigns
Adjust start times for seasonal promotions
Coordinate prepaid availability with project timelines

Important Note: Card remains inactive and unusable until the specified start time.
