Remove budget and stop cost tracking

Permanently removes budget configuration from the account and stops all associated cost tracking. Deletion immediately disables spending limits, notifications, and cost allocation rules for the specified budget.

Required parameters:

• budgetCode: Unique identifier for the budget to delete

Important considerations:

• Historical cost data and reports remain available after budget deletion
• Active cost allocations are stopped but previous allocations are preserved
• Any business units using this budget will lose spending controls
• Deletion cannot be undone - recreate budget if needed

Returns final budget configuration for confirmation. Use with caution in production environments.
