Retries a previously failed webhook delivery attempt using the original event data. Use this endpoint when testing your webhook integration or to manually re-trigger a webhook that failed after initial delivery attempts.

This operation sends the exact same payload as the original webhook request to your configured endpoint. It's particularly useful for:

Testing webhook endpoint connectivity during development
Recovering from temporary endpoint outages
Debugging webhook handling logic

Important Note: The retry operation does not update the corresponding account event log entry - it remains as originally recorded.
