Creates a new prepaid credit order for a customer based on usage quotas rather than price amounts. This allows customers to purchase specific amounts of service usage (API calls, storage, etc.) in advance.

Use this endpoint to:

Purchase prepaid usage quotas for specific service dimensions
Set up recurring prepaid usage subscriptions
Provide customers with usage-based prepaid billing options
Create bulk usage quota purchases for enterprise customers

Usage Types:

API Calls: Prepaid number of API requests
Storage: Prepaid gigabytes or terabytes of storage
Compute: Prepaid compute hours or processing units
Bandwidth: Prepaid data transfer quotas
