List customer active prepaid orders

Retrieves all active (non-expired) prepaid credit orders for a specific customer. This endpoint returns only prepaid orders that still have remaining credit or haven't reached their expiration date.

Use this endpoint to:

View all active prepaid credit balances for a customer
Check which prepaid orders are still available for usage
Monitor customer prepaid credit portfolios
Support customer service inquiries about available credits

customerIdstringUnique identifier of the customer whose active prepaid orders should be retrieved. This parameter is required to identify which customer's prepaid credits to access.

ProductIdstring<p>Unique identifier for the specific product to filter prepaid orders. If not provided, defaults to the account's default product ID. Used to view prepaid orders for a specific product or service.</p>

200Returns array of all active prepaid orders with credit balances, usage restrictions, and expiration details

400Invalid customer ID or malformed request parameters

401Authentication required or invalid API key provided

403Insufficient permissions to access customer prepaid order listings

404Customer not found or no active prepaid orders available

500Internal server error occurred while retrieving prepaid order list
